Our Store Policies

Please read below for our return, repair, shipping and privacy policies
on our Australian handmade clothing.

Returns

We accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact mabelslabelclothing@gmail.com for the return address.

Items are to be unworn and in original condition. All items should be returned via registered Australia Post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Mabel's Label.  Please ensure you include your Order Number with your return. This number can be found in your Order Confirmation Email.

If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please pop in a pre paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.

Repairs

Mabel's Label offers free repairs (within reason) on all Mabel's Label clothing items.

Customers need only cover the postage costs.


We hate unecessary waste in the clothing industry and want our clothing to be loved and worn for as long as possible. But of course, the more you wear something, the more worn it will become. If your Mabel's Label items just need a bit of TLC to get them back into shape we encourage you to send them back to us for a fix.

Repairs must be within reason. For example, manageable patch jobs and seam repairs. However, if you've burnt half a leg off our options will be limited. Repairs that require extensive material(s) or time may incur a small sercive fee.

Shipping

Shipping is via Australia Post. Regular post takes between 3-5 business days depending on your location. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and handling.

Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.mabelslabelclothing.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal information), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Order Information.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information only with third parties to help us fulfil your order.  For example, we use AusPost to deliver your orders to you. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
